I was raised surrounded by glass. At seven, I learned glass work from

my parents, both glassblowers from Massachusetts. Throughout my

childhood, stores around New England carried my lamp-worked jewelry.

This hobby grew into a passion for exploring glass' many applications,

from home decoration to personal accessories.

After moving to Chicago, I started experimenting with stained glass

and fell in love with it as a medium, developing a fascination with

the array of colors and the way hot solder reminded me of molten glass

in the ways it can be manipulated. The shapes, textures, and colors of

the jewelry incorporate both organic and modern elements, and draw on

nature and my experiences traveling to places like Northern Thailand

and Japan. The new collection represents my efforts to use glass in

new and innovative ways, creating objects that are beautiful,

affordable, and wearable.
